Air Flow Systems
Leamount airflow systems are designed for high volume production environments providing accurate reliable operation with minimum downtime for calibration and maintenance over many years. All systems are computerised with a range of automation options.
The measurement analysis techniques used by Leamount are generally based on and protected by Leamount Limited Fluid Flow Patents GB2372324 and US6598462.
Leamount Limited supplies two standard systems:
- Critical nozzle based air flow systems - using compressed shop air. These rigs can provide high pressure ratios and effective areas from 1 mm2 up to about 1000 mm2
- Suction air flow systems - using fan driven air to measure high effective areas - e.g. flame tubes - at low pressure ratios and high effective areas - 10000 mm2
In all cases straightforward guidance is provided to the operator.
