We design and manufacture high performance test measurement systems and computerised control systems. We write all our own software. We provide design, project management, and consultancy services for Laser and EDM machining applications and systems.
Our systems are suitable for high volume production environments. The systems are designed for low downtime including flow maintenance and in situ calibration of instruments.
We specialise in aerospace applications such as producing and testing cooling holes in high pressure gas turbine blades, and combustion chambers. We have particular expertise in integrating process enhancements to matching systems, including airflow; vision inspection; adaptive control; and statistical analysis.
In addition to our standard Airflow and FluidFlow product ranges we also manufacture a wide range of Test and Calibration systems including:
- Automatic Pressure Test Stands – up to 415 barg (6500 psig)
- Automatic Diesel and Gas Ignition Test Stands – to test gas turbine ingitor fuel air mixture ranges
- Automatic Backflushing and Pressurised Cleaning Systems – to clean gas turbine fuel burners and other components as part of refurbishment cycles
- Machine Upgrades and Refurbishments – including Laser machining centres and EDM machining centres
